Coil Springs
Used in many applications, we offer coil springs for compression, torsion, and extension applications to meet complex industry demands.
Flat Springs
CMP produces flat springs in a variety of shapes, sizes, and materials, including clips, clamps, clasps, spring washers, and stainless steel springs.
CNC Mill & Lathe
We offer CNC machining for custom parts and components, our capabilities include milling, turning, grinding, drilling and boring. CNC services include lathe turning and millwork. We can duplicate obsolete parts or improve existing parts,
Welding Services
CMP offers welding solutions to meet many of our customer requirements including TIG welding, MIG welding, Spot welding, Brazing, and Soldering. We work with every alloy, including stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, tool steels, and all standard steels.
Fixtures/Tooling
We build part holding fixtures. We also build production aids, platting line racks, paint line tooling. We manufacture our own tooling for the production of customer parts, which are maintained for production runs or repeating spot buys.
Assemblies
In addition to assemblies, we make sub-assemblies utilizing riveting, spot welding, gluing, and bolting. This department also handles the sorting services and inspection of parts.
Stainless Fabrication
We specialize in Stainless tanks, trays, chutes, tables for the food industry. Aluminum can be substituted for lightweight applications. Equipment repair, modification, and limited off-site welding at your location are also available.
Stampings
Available services include brackets, laser-cut prototypes, water jet prototypes, heat-treated spring clips, low carbon stamped and formed parts.
